Refund policy
Nocturne Hospitality is a trade name (DBA) of Suite 8 Digital, LLC.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before sending items back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Fulfillment Note
Some items are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Return addresses and instructions may vary depending on the product.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once your return is approved
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds

If approved:

- Processing may take up to 10 business days
